The European Centre for Education and Training (ECET) has 12 years of experience in management, foreign language and computer training; developing programmes and training tools, production of multimedia and CD-ROM. It is the biggest extra-curricular training provider in Bulgaria. Foreign language, computer and management training is carried out by ECET through its Europe Schools for Languages and Management (ESLM) registered trademark, which comprises of 50 training centres in 45 towns throughout the country with more than 10,000 students. ECET provides also training in Bulgarian as a Foreign Language (BFL) and Bulgarian Sign Language (BSL). Experience in developing, managing and co-ordinating projects under LEONARDO, SOCRATES, PHARE, TEMPUS, etc. Developer of the accredited Junior and Adults/VET European Language Portfolio models. Awarded a European Language Label by the European Commission. Founder of the European Channel for Education and Training (ECET TV) licensed by the Council for Electronic Media. Government licensee for the production of educational CDs. Approved and licensed by the Bulgarian National Employment Agency to provide training for new professions. Foreign languages and other curricula approved by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training.
Boian Savtchev has been involved in developing and implementing language training programmes, in training through the use of ICT and in assessment procedures and evaluation.
