Felix Gajdusek

Since 2002 M.F. Gajdusek has been director of the Austrian Science and Research Liaison Office Sofia (ASO ZSI), established on behalf of the Austrian Federal Ministry for Education, Science and Culture. The main partners of their activities are the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, universities, international representatives and decision makers. The CSI is a successful proposer with a wide portfolio of participation in a lot of European and national programmes (FP5, FP6, INTERREG, EQUAL, ESF) with an emphasis on work and equal opportunities, technology and knowledge and policy advice. The institute scientifically advises and supervises the EUROVOLT project and supports disseminating and promoting the results in Europe.
